APRIL’S FOOLS RUSH IN
By Shelly Perry in Portland, OR
April Fool’s Day brings out a special breed of jokesters… but then everyone has a silly streak.
That’s why this month’s Photo Challenge theme provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate the fool in all of us.
To enter, snap photos of people fooling around, being foolish, fooling someone, etc. As usual, try not to send in any old snapshot. Keep in mind proper composition, lighting, exposure, and subject matter.
Here are a few examples to get you started:
Fools in Love:
Fooling Around:
Class or Office Fool:
Your Inner Fool:
Only one photo per person may be entered, and the photo must be taken by the entrant.
To enter, send us your ONE best theme-appropriate photo. Multiple entries from the same photographer will be deleted before judging.
April’s Photo Challenge begins next Monday, March 30. Submissions are due by 8 a.m. EST on Monday, April 27, 2009. You can submit your photos by clicking on the “This Month’s Theme – Enter to Win!” link on the right side bar of this page.
