Create Your Own iPhone App Travel Guide

I just received a press release from a company that creates travel apps for the iPhone, Kindle, and online.

They’re looking for travel writers interested in creating their own travel guides and selling them as iPhone apps.

No one I know has tried this so, if it’s something that appeals to you, be sure to read the fine print and proceed with your usual amount of caution.  That said, I did a quick online search for known scams and bad reviews and came back with no bad press about the company. It sounds like a cool opportunity.

They thus cater to professional writers and travel bloggers alike. Even travelers who have invested time in planning their itinerary can share their knowledge with a useful app.
