April Photo Challenge Theme: It means the world to me...
This month’s Photo Challenge theme is: “It means the world to me.”
It’s inspired both by Earth Day (April 22) and also by things that mean the world to us –friends and family… love… random acts of kindness.
Details for entering are below.
Here are some example photos to get you started:
*Friends, family, and loved ones that mean the world to you…
Images that show love or other emotions that mean a lot to you…
You can even interpret this month’s theme more literally and submit photos of the earth around you – both in its good shape and bad….
And, since Earth Day is coming up, photos of improving the earth are welcome, too…
Have fun with this month’s theme, and don’t be afraid to think outside the box.
Remember to keep in mind proper composition, good lighting, and clear focus on the subject.
Submissions for April’s Challenge are due by 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, April 25.
You can submit your photos by clicking on the “Enter to Win” tab on our website.
This month’s first-place winner will get a $30 gift certificate to the AWAI E-Bookstore, and the first-, second-, and third-place winners will all be entered into the Hall of Fame to compete for next year’s annual $2,000 Grand Prize.
