Both Google and Weborama delivered key notes at the recent ATS Paris. Jerome Grateau, Head of Media Platforms, SEEMEA at Google, focused on the evolution of the French sell-side eco-system – while Weborama’s Alain Levy concentrated on the buy-side and particularly how the Webormama business is keeping pace with the seismic shifts in the industry.
Jerome Grateau, Head of Media Platforms, SEEMEA at Google
Jerome is responsible for Google’s publisher relationships across Southern and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa with a focus on DoubleClick’s platform, AdSense and Ad Exchange businesses. His objective is to provide publishers with the best monetization of their on-line and mobile inventory.
Jerome joined Google 5 years ago to develop the Adwords Reseller program across EMEA before moving to his current role. Before Google, Jerome was Sales Director for AOL France and a management consultant at McKinsey for 6 years, advising top management from the Media and Telecom industry.
Jerome holds an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs and a M.Sc. from E.N.S.T., Paris.
Alain Levy, CEO, Weborama
Following a career in international business and a taste of entrepreneurship in Russia, Alain Levy founded Startup Avenue in 1999 with his business partner and childhood friend Daniel Sfez. Providing specialist support and consultancy services for new businesses, Startup Avenue was involved in developing Weborama from the very outset. With
links between Weborama and Startup Avenue reinforced in 2005, it was only natural that Alain Levy should join Weborama’s executive team as Chairman. Alain Levy is a graduate of ENPC business school and the Boston MIT.
